Join #heartifacts-tech-support to let us know about tech problems you experience during the conference, such as not being able to find a link to the stream or if there’s no audio on the stream. We’ll do our best to help you but please understand that our ability to help may be limited.

For ticketed attendees

Heartifacts Interactive participants – registered ticketholders – can join #heartifacts-live to pose questions to speakers during live Q&A sessions after each presentation and receive the links to the interactive sessions. These sessions include breakouts and fun activities listed on the schedule. Only registered ticketholders are invited to these sessions.

Ticketholders can request an invitation to #heartifacts-live and other important Heartifacts room by clicking the INVITE ME TO SLACK ROOMS button on their Heartifacts ticket on codeandsupply.co/my_tickets. Please ensure that your Slack account email and your codeandsupply.co email match.

Join #heartifacts-tech-support to let us know about tech problems you experience during the conference, such as not being able to log into a Zoom meeting or if the inviter above doesn’t work. Please ensure that your Slack account email and your codeandsupply.co email match.

For speakers

If you are a speaker, let an Slack admin know and we’ll ensure that you are invited to the speakers’ channel for presentation coordination.
